We are Africa’s leader in the export of Palm Kernel Shells and other agro biomass for power production and heating purpose, and a renewable energy company that takes touchable action to produce clean and green fuels and transforms biomass, agricultural waste into renewable energy, heat and electricity, right where you need it.
We supply the best international quality palm kernel shells (PKS) for all your power and energy needs and requirements such as thermal plant power generation, firing of train engines, paper pulp industry and the use for all manners of green and safe energy generations. Also, we acquire and export other agro biomass products.
Biochar is a solid charcoal-like by-product of biomass o btained when organic material from agricultural and forestry wastes (also called biomass) is heated in a closed container with little or no available air, a controlled process called pyrolysis.
Our PKS Biochar can be used either as a fuel or soil conditioner which helps stabilize carbon in your soil, improve soil fertility and mitigate climate change.
Biofuels are fuels produced from biomass or organic matter or waste, they are one of the largest sources of renewable energy, sometimes blended with existing fuels such as gasoline and diesel. Biofuels holds the future that allow the decarburization of heavy-duty road transport, marine, and aviation sector, thereby enabling for a world that runs entirely on green energy.
We are investing huge to play a significant part in the need to diversify Nigeria's energy mix, to enhance electricity generation and have constant power supply. We use the Sun which is a vast resource in Africa, and Wind in a vast wind resource regions, as part of our renewable projects.
Our proposed investment in a 20 megawatts (mw) Solar Farm and Wind Farm energy projects will enormously contribute to the national electricity grid in Nigeria, and plans for further investments in other African countries.
PKS
Our huge investment in a proposed set-up of PKS-Based Biomass Power Plant in Nigeria will truly add value to the power sector in Nigeria. The PKS-Based Biomass Power Plant will serve as a new power supply source for the Nigeria electricity market, with plans for similar investment across Africa.
Ethanol
Our enormous investments in cassava plantation in Nigeria and other parts of Africa gave birth to our biorefinery which host an ethanol plant that enable the production of ethanol from cassava that can be blended with gasoline and used in motor vehicles etc.

We are keen to become the number one exporter of Palm Kernel Shells and other Biomass and to grow the Bioenergy market through continued investments in processes and projects that ensure optimal use of available raw materials for generating clean energy with a view to eliminates the environmental impacts of traditional or conventional energy generation processes.
