In our advanced renewable fuel refineries, we use state-of-the-art technologies to convert feedstocks such as Casava (which is our prime feedstock), Biomass and waste into high-efficiency ethanol.
Biobutanol
We also use our ethanol production facilities to carry out the production of biobutanol, which can be used primarily as a fuel in internal combustion engines.
Application of Biobutanol
Biobutanol shows great potential to be use as a motor fuel, industrial solvent, and chemical feedstock, due to its higher energy density and better fuel economy when compared to ethanol, and its considered a superior motor fuel. Other areas of Biobutanol applications may include plasticizers, chemical intermediates, pharmaceuticals, fibers, paints/coatings, food-grade extractants, resins, and herbicides.

Our investment in Casava plantation and Ethanol Plant
Our enormous investments in cassava plantation in Nigeria and other parts of Africa gave birth to our ongoing biorefinery project which host an ethanol plant that enable the production of ethanol from cassava that can be blended with gasoline and used in motor vehicles etc. We further process our ethanol into finished products for consumption, and other products such as disinfectant, sanitizer etc., and industrialize our cassava for starch, and the waste is processed into biogas.
Electricity Production
We are also undertaken work in the setting up of bioethanol power plant in Nigeria that generates electricity on a commercial scale using cassava-derived ethanol
